Our Services
Advice and Mentoring
We help you analyse the situation, identifying your obstacles and opportunities, then provide hands-on tailored advice to transform as needed and coach for success.
Because we're solution-focused, you will receive customised fit-for-future outcomes with implementation plans as well as the technical tools to deliver them.
Shared Services
We provide "back office" functions such as bookkeeping and copywriting to create efficiencies and savings.
We can facilitate the synergistic pooling of resources and purchasing power so you can focus on your cause.
Our Approach
Think of us as your health-provider. We want you strong and thriving so you can enjoy yourself.
Our approach is holistic - we address the full breadth of symptoms and draw upon a team of specialists according to your unique needs.
Your health-management plan may be a few simple scripts, or it may require a procedure and physio-like exercises to strengthen your core - the goal is that you are fit for the future.
Voyager Advisory works with a team of industry experts to provide a holistic and one-stop-shop service.
A ‘creative’ with a commercial mind-set and a social conscience, Anne is a trained classical cellist that purposefully moved into the management environment 20 years ago and has since led six high-profile NFPs, consistently increasing revenue, audience, brand-awareness and net profit. She has delivered quality experiences for New Zealand – always within the context of high public scrutiny, demanding outcomes, and in the most underfunded and challenging business sectors in the country.
Anne has consulted to business, local government and charities, lectured in arts industry management and served on granting committees, government and Not-for-Profit boards.
She has delivered some of New Zealand’s iconic programmes and events including the Michael Hill International Violin Competition since 2001, the Auckland Writers & Readers Festival and the 2020 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year Awards.

Executive Reporting
The last couple of years has taught us the importance of looking honestly and objectively at our businesses and taking bold steps to ensure our future.
I have been transforming organisations for two decades and it's now my turn to give back. To share what I've learned and to help others chart their future with ability and confidence.
Roger King
Roger has over 30 years experience working in arts and cultural organisations in New Zealand. He has a wide knowledge of the arts and cultural sector from inside and out.
His strength in the unusual combination of artistic leadership and sound management skills, makes him one of only a handful in New Zealand with that skillset.
Currently on the board of the Arts Council of NZ (which may prevent him from involvement in some Voyager activities) he chairs a Hawke’s Bay trust, and has been on the boards of Chamber Music NZ (chair), Auckland Arts Festival, Taranaki Arts Festival (chair), The Big Idea (chair), Objectspace, Black Grace and Creative Hawke’s Bay (chair).
